Georgia is quickly gaining a national reputation for developing unique and diverse cutting-edge programs designed to enhance today’s business workforce. One project that’s attracting particular attention is Georgia 's Intellectual Capital Partnership Program (ICAPP). As an economic development program of the University System of Georgia (USG), ICAPP brings together the intellectual resources of the state’s 34 public colleges and universities, including four research universities, with the state’s business community.

Workforce

Employers will find a diverse, educated, and enthusiastic workforce in Laurens County. More than 60% of County's population is in the principal working age range of 18 to 54 and over half (approximately 55%) are between 18 and 45 years of age.
