We're a friendly, creative, multi-disciplinary team,
and we love problems.
No, seriously.
Visual design, programming, building a brand strategy or marketing plan or user interface — we see them all the same way:
- "How do I communicate the value of my service with this brand?"
- "How can I make this application easy for my users? Can I make them want to use it?"
- "How can I tell my customers everything they need to know about my product so they can make a decision — and a purchase — right now, online?"
- "Am I telling the right story with my print collateral?"
- "How can I build this application in phases so that I can slowly update its features without having to redesign it each time?"
They're all about finding solutions to problems. We're creative folks; we're good at that.
Our small, hand-picked team draws on a number of different backgrounds and skill sets — from visual design to computer engineering to traditional marketing and back again. And we're hands-on — we work closely with our clients to make sure we're giving them everything they need (and nothing they don't). Everything we create is a custom solution — because every problem is different.
History
blindmicemedia began as an internet and media design group in 2000, started in Toronto by two designer/programmers who had collaborated on new media solutions in the past. Today we're a part of Elenta and operate in both Toronto and Los Angeles — but we're still as personal and hands-on as we've ever been.
